Inspection Services
What is an Inspection
An inspection is a limited visual examination of certain readily accessible systems and components using normal operating controls. The purpose of an inspection is to provide our customers with information about the condition of certain systems and components of a home or business at the time of the inspection. A full service professional home inspection includes: foundation, roofing, exterior, porches/decks, attic, insulation, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, ventilation, fireplaces and solid burning devices. All inspections will comply with the standards of practice of the Illinois Office of Banks and Real Estate and the American Society of Home Inspectors (ASHI).
Please remember, as inspectors, we are not to be considered licensed engineers or experts in any specific craft or trade. Failure to consult with an expert after our inspectors recommend such action places any such risk on you, the customer.
