Affiliate member of the Capital Area Association of Realtors (CAAR)
Founded in 1921, the CAAR currently has approximately 700 members who are involved in virtually all aspects related to the sale, purchase, exchange or lease of real property in primarily four counties consisting of Sangamon, Menard, Christian and Macoupin. Additionally, CAAR has over 225 affiliate members (individuals and firms who are engaged in related industries).
